gopaintball.ca will not be liable for any damages or costs arising out of or any way connected with your use of the products purchased through this website.

Your personal information will be only used to process your orders and will not be shared to anyone that is not an employee gopaintball.ca. Your credit card information will be used only to process your order and will be destroyed after your sale and will not be filed or saved in any way.

If the item you ordered is not in stock or ready for immediate shipping. You will receive an E-mail or phone call. No order is processed until we have it right.

Price guarantee

Price guarantee only applies to Markers, loaders, air systems, and current year apparrel.

We do not have a price match for accessories, misc/parts and paintballs. For dealer pricing please call 306 477 2468

Product being compared must be the same colour, size, configuration, and manufacturer.

gopaintball.ca will match any and all Canadian pricing as long as it is not a discontinued product or a non-current year product. If the price is below M.A.P (Minimum advertised pricing) set by the manufacturer we will not go below that price. Unless authorized by the manufacturer.

Company offering the lower price must be a registered commercial entity in Canada and in the retail sale of paintball related equipment. Company offering this price must be advertising this price in print or on their website.

Warranty

There is a 30 day warranty on all new products or factory warranty on all new products whichever is greater. All returns must be in original packaging, and must have an invoice. All open or used products are subject to a 25% restock fee.

gopaintball.ca has a lifetime service warranty on most products sold. If you are the original owner/buyer of that product will you get a lifetime service warranty. We will either repair or replace that product depending on the Factory warranty policies on that product. Unless that product has been misused, abused, neglected, and or you or someone else has tried repair or fix your product in any way, it will void this warranty.

If your product is not covered by service warranty you will be charged a minimum $25 for service.  If your product is not covered by factory parts warranty you will be charged for those parts.

Sale items

All items specially marked down, sale priced or final sale at gopaintball.ca are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gopaintball.ca cannot guarantee the exact colour based on order, compatibility, functionality, craftsmanship, etc… but we will do our best to insure you get the product or close to the product you want.

All warranty on sale items will be referred to the factory warranty on that product.

Return policy

All returns must be in original packaging, and must have an invoice.  gopaintball.ca will not take any refunds on Paintballs of any kind.

We do not take refunds on products where new product of the same kind has been replaced with a newer or more current version. This includes products replaced with a new year’s product line.

Paintballs however, cannot be returned as they are a perishable product.

Shipping costs and Payment methods

All orders over $200 (tax not included) will receive free shipping. Orders under that price will be charged courier fees. This will not include paintball.

All items damaged or lost in shipment are insured and covered by the courier. When the package leaves gopaintball.ca and are received by the courier, we are no longer responsible for their delivery or conditions as per that courier. All packages sent must be insured through the courier. If the post office loses or damages your goods, it is THEM (the courier) not us (gopaintball.ca). All damaged goods will be replaced with the same or similar item. We do not issue cash refunds on lost shipments.

gopaintball.ca ships products from more than one location based on stock availability.

Our method of payment is the following, Money order, Cashiers checks, direct deposit, Visa, and MasterCard. If you remit a personal check for your order, it will be held for 30 days to insure it is valid. We will not accept cash in the mail.

Credit card fraud is a crime. gopaintball.ca verifies all addresses and purchases. If we find anything suspicious, we will hold the right to cancel or hold your order until we can verify that it is indeed the right information. We will help with law enforcement and credit card companies to prosecute fraud.
